Terranova Corp Wants To Build A Mixed-Use Hotel

Miami completed a large streetscape project along the famous Miracle Mile, and Terranova Corp wants to be a part of it. Terranova Corp wants to build what is called a mixed-use hotel On Miracle Mile. A mixed-use hotel is a hotel that is more than lodging for guests.

The hotel will have seven stories and contain a base and center court, a rooftop pool, and an enclosed bar and restaurant. The bottom floor of the hotel will be reserved for retail space. The second floor will be meeting space. Guests rooms will start on the third floor. The total cost of the project is estimated at $20 million.

The purpose of the streetscape project was to create a pedestrian-friendly experience. Somewhere people could easily move around, enjoy gardens, shopping, and dining. About Stephen Bittel

In 1978, Stephen Bittel graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College. He obtained his law degree in 1982 from the University of Miami School of Law. In 1980, Bittel founded the Terranova Corporation, which is a commercial real estate company.

Being a South Floridian, Stephen Bittel has served his community in many ways. He has been a Trustee member of many organizations that include United Way of Miami-Dade, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and Temple Beth Am. He is also an active member of Teach for America Miami.
