GPB Global Resources is dedicated towards creating value through its corporate social responsibility which comprises of community support and environmental protection. The firm donates regularly to a non-profit charity in Russia that is focused on helping the individuals with cystic fibrosis. The La Siembra non-profit foundation located in Venezuelan a State of Zulia was established by the firm. The foundations is focused on handling the living standards of the citizens of Venezuelan a state of Zulia. The firm established a community development program in Ethiopia which led to the construction of an irrigation system and two schools together with the provision of water systems supplies, education supplies and healthcare supplies.
GPB Global Resources has projects in Venezuela. In 2012, the firm and the national oil company of Venezuela established a joint venture which is known as Petrozamora S.A. The joint venture was established with an aim of developing the mature onshore oil fields of Bachequero and Lagunillas with the provision of technical and financial expertise being provided by the firm. The Venezuelan colleagues and specialists from the firm collaborated on the drilling of new wells, maintaining the power supply of the site, improving reliability and implementing the stream injection project. They also conducted additional tasks on the project such as increasing the production and stabilizing the output.
