Boris Ivanov is a successful entrepreneur, leader, and innovator. In 2011 he pioneered the development and growth of GPB Global resources B.V. later, after four years, the firm sold its shares to M.r Boris, making him its legit owner. The company is an oil and gas exploration and production firm that majors in Africa and South America. In 2007, Mr. Boris was appointed as the firm’s director-general. He worked his way up until he became the firm’s Managing director in 2011. Becoming a managing director was motivated by several factors. In 2009, Boris Ivanov and the government of Namibia signed a contract worth billions of money. This was one of the significant breakthroughs of the bank. The bank was tasked with the construction of a multi-million dollar power plant.
Also, the contact gave the firm permission to extract gas from the Namibian soil. Since his appointment as a successful leader, Gazprom has [participated in more than 200 projects. Two of the projects were a significant success, while eleven of them were progressing. Nevertheless, Boris’s success was due to his experience in international relations. Boris graduated from the department of international relations in Moscow state of international relations. A few days later, he joined the ministry of foreign affairs, working as a diplomat for the USSR. He moved to the United States, where he was posted in Washington D.C. Boris worked with the ministry for over ten years gaining his international relations experience.
The Soviet Union collapsed in 1993, leading to the formation of the Russian empire. The way people lived changed a lot as people ushered in entrepreneurship. Boris Ivanov had to change his public department career to the private department. This marked as a new beginning for him. That year, he worked as a consultant for various Russian firms. Two years later, Unibest offered him a seat as its vice president. He was determined and hardworking. In 2004, Boris Ivanov was elected as the vice president of Gazprom bank. Also, he was the advisor to the chairman. His task was to oversee the bank’s project and develop the bank internationally. However, he was determined and successful; thus, after a few years, he became the managing director. His huge success is due to his never take no for an answer notion.
