For example, the one time CEO for Match Group, Greg Blatt has alway remain focus when it comes to his professional career. He has amassed many roles that helped him in his goal for success.

As an undergraduate, Greg Blatt was a model student, however, he had no interest in entering any particular industrial section after graduation. Instead, he chose a different path and travel to places such as Telluride, Budapest, Reims, France, San Francisco. During his travels, he made his living with jobs as a bartender, busing tables and painting houses. He became interested in law school and applied at the esteemed Columbia University Law where he was accepted. His interest began to navigate toward corporate law. With zeal, he earned a Juris Doctor degree.

After finishing his studies, he utilizes his legal knowledge to become an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen& Katz. Making a reputation for himself, Blatt realizes that the field he was investing in didn’t fulfill his need and didn’t meet the best way to invest in his future. He navigated his career toward entertainment law instead. He soon entered a position with Martha Stewart’s general counsel. Using his business instinct to guide him, he entered the ranks of Martha Stewart Living OmnimediaInc and became the executive vice president. Later, he undertook the position as a general counsel which he found better suited for than becoming an associate at a law firm

During his time as a general counsel, he accumulated many skills that would help him in his future career. Blatt has used the knowledge that he has gained during different career roles to further his success as well as the companies he has come in contact with.

Greg Blatt attain a degree from Colgate University, and in 1995 he graduated with a Doctor Of Law degree from Columbia Law School.
